Auflage 3.000 Exemplare 2011). Das Projekt wurde aus Mitteln der Senatsverwaltung f\u00fcr Inneres und Sport zur Verwaltungsmodernisierung finanziert. Im Februar 2012 erschien die 2. Auflage des \u201eHandbuchs zur Partizipation\u201c (2.000 Exemplare).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-251\" style=\"margin-top: 5px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 5px; float: left;\" src=\"https:\/\/multisite.list-gmbh.de\/list-gmbh\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/08\/StadtBeteiligt_Tag_2-0887_Phillip_Reis-26e.jpg\" alt=\"StadtBeteiligt Tag 2-0887 Phillip Reis\" height=\"372\" width=\"195\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mit dem Handbuch leisten wir einen aktiven Beitrag, Partizipation noch st\u00e4rker in den Berliner Planungsalltag zu verankern und neue Impulse zu setzen, damit Partizipation eine Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit im Verwaltungshandeln wird. Mit dem Handbuch zur Partizipation m\u00f6chten wir allen einen Leitfaden f\u00fcr die Begleitung und Durchf\u00fchrung von Beteiligungsverfahren an die Hand geben und konkrete sowie praktische Hilfestellungen und Methoden anbieten, um solche Verfahren erfolgreich durchzuf\u00fchren und zu guten Ergebnissen zu gelangen. In dem Handbuch benennen wir auch die Schwierigkeiten und die Stolpersteine eines Partizipationsprozesses, die sich mit Hilfe von \u201eSpielregeln\u201c abschw\u00e4chen oder sogar aus dem Weg r\u00e4umen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Handbuch zeigen wir anhand ausgew\u00e4hlter Berliner Praxisbeispiele aus den Beteiligungsbereichen Stadt- und Freiraumplanung, B\u00fcrgerhaushalte und Stadtteilbudgets sowie den Querschnittsthemen Kinder- und Jugendbeteiligung und E-Partizipation die Chancen und Grenzen von Beteiligungsverfahren auf.<\/p>\n<p>Die Erarbeitung des Handbuchs selbst ist das Produkt eines intensiven Diskussions- und Partizipationsprozesses, den wir in drei Workshops sowie durch gezielte Einzelinterviews mit 40 Expertinnen und Experten durchgef\u00fchrt haben.
