Teil des Verbundprojekts SPIN.PRO &#8211; Strategien zur Personalentwicklung gewerblicher Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Ziel des Forschungsprojekts war es, gemeinsam mit interessierten Unternehmen in Berlin und Brandenburg Ans\u00e4tze und Modelle zur unternehmensinternen Qualifizierung von gewerblichen Mitarbeiter_innen mit Grundbildungsdefiziten zu entwickeln und durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In dem vom Bundesministerium f\u00fcr Bildung und Forschung im F\u00f6rderschwerpunkt \u201eArbeitsplatzorientierte Alphabetisierung und Grundbildung Erwachsener\u201c finanzierten Vorhaben kooperierte die L.I.S.T. mit den Partnern Zukunftsbau GmbH, Berufsf\u00f6rderungswerk e.V., Bauindustrieverband Berlin &#8211; Brandenburg e.V. sowie dem Institut f\u00fcr berufliche Bildung und Arbeitslehre (IBBA) der Technischen Universit\u00e4t Berlin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parallel dazu baute die L.I.S.T. lokale Netzwerke zum Thema Alphabetisierung und Grundbildung in ausgew\u00e4hlten Berliner Quartieren auf. Daf\u00fcr wurden Schl\u00fcsselakteure in der Stadteilarbeit, wie Quartiersmanagements oder Stadteil- und Familienzentren, zum Thema Alphabetisierung und Grundbildung sensibilisiert. Teilweise fand die Sensibilisierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der lokalen Volkshochschule (VHS) statt. Hier wurden die nachbarschaftlichen Einrichtungen zu einer zielgruppengerechten Ansprache bef\u00e4higt und eine unkomplizierte Weiterleitung mit der VHS vereinbart.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Workshops wurden in Kooperation mit der Zukunftsbau GmbH durchgef\u00fchrt und durch die Technische Universit\u00e4t Berlin evaluiert. W\u00e4hrend der Projektlaufzeit fand ein regelm\u00e4\u00dfiger deutschlandweiter Austausch von Ergebnissen und Erfahrungen mit anderen Projekten des F\u00f6rderschwerpunkts im Rahmen von Konferenzen und Workshops statt. Zur Vernetzung und zum Erfahrungsaustausch auf Berliner Ebene beteiligte sich die L.I.S.T. regelm\u00e4\u00dfig am Runden Tisch \u201eAlphabetisierung und Grundbildung\u201c der Senatsverwaltung f\u00fcr Bildung, Jugend und Wissenschaft sowie an den daraus entstandenen Arbeitsgruppen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zentrale Ergebnisse aus der stadtteilbezogenen Sensibilisierungsarbeit im Rahmen von SPIN.PRO wurden von L.I.S.T. zu Projektende in einen Leitfanden festgehalten und mit konkreten Handlungsempfehlungen unterlegt.
